Experience
Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Tom was an Investment Banking Associate in the Capital Structure Advisory group (Restructuring) at Guggenheim Partners, where he represented both companies and creditors on a variety of complex in-court and out-of-court capital structure transactions. Prior to that, Tom was an Investment Banking Associate in the Leveraged Finance group at Bank of America, where he originated, underwrote, and executed leveraged loan and high yield bond transactions to finance leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and mergers and acquisitions for both private equity and corporate clients.
Education
Tom holds a JD/MBA from New York University School of Law and Stern School of Business and a BA in Economics, cum laude, from University of California, Davis. He holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses and is admitted to practice law in New York.
