Jonathan advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, restructurings, capital structure alternatives and debt financings across the media, technology and retail sectors, representing clients including Netflix, OUTFRONT Media, SiriusXM, Altran, Steve Madden, HSN and Kering.

Select transactions on which Jonathan has advised include CityBridge on its $200,000,000+ investment from ZenFi Networks, iSubscribed (n/k/a as Aura) on its acquisition of Intersections, Netflix on its acquisition of spectacular out of home media assets of Regency Outdoor, Altran on the divestiture of Imperia Engineering Partners, Nutraceutical on its sale to HGGC, Hal Leonard on its recapitalization and sale to private equity, HSN on the divestiture of Chasing Fireflies and TravelSmith, NewSat on its restructuring and the sale of its teleports business, Searchlight Capital on its acquisition of TouchTunes (n/k/a as Octave Group), OUTFRONT Media on its acquisition of select assets of Van Wagner, Kering (formerly PPR) on its sale of The Sportsman’s Guide and OneStopPlus, TrueCommerce, a leading provider of trading partner connectivity and integration solutions, on its sale to Welsh, Carson, Anderson & Stowe, and Rand McNally, a leader in transportation technologies, on its sale to Teleo.


Jonathan holds a dual BBA and BA, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan. He studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Organizational Studies with concentrations in Corporate Culture, Strategy and Management.
