WE PARTNER WITH CLIENTS ACROSS THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AND FINTECH ECOSYSTEMS
The Solomon Partners FinTech Group provides strategic and financial advisory services for established and emerging corporates, financial sponsors, SPACs and other clients in North America and selected international markets.
The core of our expertise is at the convergence of finance, technology and commerce, advising clients on M&A and other transactions that respond to and further the ongoing and accelerating transformation of financial services and commerce activities through technology, data, data science, automation, personalization and other innovation.
We have deep relationships with decision-makers and thought leaders at major banks; the credit card and payments ecosystem, including issuers, networks, acquirers and merchants; specialty lending platforms; digital financial services companies; and point of sale and commerce enablement platforms, including sales finance.
Solomon Partners has unique domain knowledge and expertise in the credit card ecosystem, having advised on many of the most significant M&A transactions and strategic partnerships in this space, including leading issuers, networks and merchant partners. Our M&A-driven approach and ongoing success in delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients differentiate us from other advisors.
We have substantial expertise in credit and lending, including experience across bank, nonbank, and captive; traditional and tech-enabled; consumer and SME; prime and nonprime; and all elements of point of sale credit. In this area, we advise on M&A, capital raising, forward flow agreements, bank/nonbank partnerships and asset/portfolio valuations.
Working with emerging and fast-growing members of the FinTech ecosystem, we leverage our expertise and relationships in banking, credit and lending, sales finance, payments, loyalty and related verticals in advising leading and emerging FinTechs on M&A, strategic partnerships and capital raising.
Our FinTech Group is led by Nate Stulman, who has more than 17 years of experience as an M&A advisor, including over a decade focused on Financial Services and FinTech.
