WE ARE A HIGHLY DIFFERENTIATED FINANCIAL AND STRATEGIC ADVISOR TO CLIENTS ACROSS THE FINANCIAL SERVICES AND FINTECH ECOSYSTEMS
The Solomon Partners FinTech group provides financial and strategic advisory services to established and emerging financial services, commerce, and technology companies, as well as financial sponsors, on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, strategic partnerships, and other transactions in North America and selected international markets.
The core of our footprint is the convergence of finance, commerce, and technology – advising clients on M&A and other transactions that respond to and further the ongoing and accelerating transformation of financial services.
Selected subverticals of expertise include banking, commercial finance, consumer finance, credit cards, digital assets, loyalty, market infrastructure, marketing/acquisition, point of sale, and sales finance.
We have unique domain knowledge and expertise in the credit card ecosystem, having advised on many of the most significant M&A transactions and strategic partnerships in this space, including leading issuers, networks, and merchant partners. We have deep relationships with decision-makers and thought leaders throughout the credit card and payments ecosystem, including issuers, networks, and merchants. Our M&A-driven approach and ongoing success in delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients differentiate us from other advisors.
In addition to M&A and capital raising, the Solomon FinTech team has substantial experience in asset/portfolio valuations, balance sheet advisory, forward flow partnerships, and valuation dispute resolution.
Our FinTech group is led by Nate Stulman, who has more than 18 years of experience as an M&A advisor, including over a decade focused primarily on Financial Services and FinTech.
