We have substantial expertise in credit and lending, including experience across bank, nonbank, and captive; traditional and tech-enabled; consumer and SME; prime and nonprime; and all elements of point of sale credit. In this area, we advise on M&A, capital raising, forward flow agreements, bank/nonbank partnerships and asset/portfolio valuations.
Working with emerging and fast-growing members of the FinTech ecosystem, we leverage our expertise and relationships in banking, credit and lending, sales finance, payments, loyalty and related verticals in advising leading and emerging FinTechs on M&A, strategic partnerships and capital raising.
