Jon Pritti is a Partner in Healthcare, leading our Healthcare Technology practice. He joined the firm in 2025.
Jon has over 20 years of experience in investment banking, partnering with clients across healthcare technology and tech-enabled services. Jon has advised private equity firms, founders and management on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, private debt financings, equity raise transactions, and restructurings.
Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Jon was a Senior Managing Director at Guggenheim Securities where he spent three years leading and expanding the firm’s healthcare technology efforts. Before Guggenheim Securities, Jon was a Managing Director and Head of Healthcare Technology at Houlihan Lokey.
