Victor Farr is a Director in Grocery, Pharmacy & Restaurants. He joined the firm in 2021.
Victor advises clients across the food industry and retail sector on strategic and financial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, recapitalizations, and debt and equity financing. He brings deep industry expertise to his clients, supported by a career spanning several roles across the food industry.
Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Victor worked in Barclays’ Consumer & Retail Group, advising on buy‑side M&A, equity and debt financings, activism defense, strategic alternatives, and SPAC transactions. He previously held roles across procurement, operations, finance, and IT at leading food retailers, including Wakefern Food Corporation and Natural Markets Food Group.

Education
Victor holds an MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business and a BA/BS degree in Economics with a minor in Legal Studies from Trinity College. Victor is also a graduate of the Food Industry Management (FIM) program at the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business.
