Dan Golynskiy is a Director in Capital Advisory. He joined the firm in 2020.
Dan has nearly 10 years of experience advising companies and stakeholders through a variety of complex situations, including financings, special situations, M&A, recapitalizations, liability management and restructurings, both in- and out-of-court across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Solomon Partners in 2020, Dan was an Associate at B. Riley FBR, Inc. in the Corporate Restructuring group.
