Drew Prekop is a Managing Director in Distribution. He joined the firm in 2026.
Drew has over 15 years of investment banking experience, advising corporate and private equity clients across a broad range of transactions, including sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions, private capital raises, and public equity offerings.
Drew most recently served as a Managing Director at Baird, focusing on the Vehicle Aftermarket & Technology sector within the Global Industrials Group. He began his career as an analyst in the Direct Investments group at Northwestern Mutual Capital.

- WABCO Holdings, Inc. on its sale of R. H. Sheppard Co., Inc. to Knorr-Bremse AG, following the $7 billion acquisition announcement of WABCO Holdings, Inc. by ZF Friedrichshafen

Education
Drew holds an MBA with distinction from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, where he was a Baird Scholar. He graduated with a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Finance, Investment & Banking.
