Addison Bakken is a Director in Consumer Retail. He joined the firm in 2016.
Addison has over a decade of experience advising both public and private companies on a variety of assignments, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and financings. He has extensive experience working with public company boards, family-owned and founder-owned businesses, representing clients including Hibbett, L.L. Bean, Monro, Steve Madden, Brooks Brothers, Hudson’s Bay Company, Combe, Delta Galil and Genesco.
