Michael Vinciguerra is a Managing Director at Solomon Partners in Business Services, specializing in Environmental and Industrial Services.  He joined the firm in 2022.

Experience

Michael has over 16 years of experience advising private, public, and private-equity clients on mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private capital raises, and other financial advisory assignments.  Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Michael served as a Managing Director and Principal at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company where he led Facility and Field Services coverage within the Environmental and Industrial Services group.

Over the course of his career, Michael advised on over 70 transactions including over 45 completed M&A transactions in the Environmental and Industrial Services sector.  Select recent M&A transactions include the sale of Veolia’s Canadian Industrial Cleaning Division to Ortec Group; NMS Capital’s acquisition of LDR Site Services; Gallant Capital Partners’ acquisition of Pro-Vac; the recapitalization of Keter Environmental Services by TPG Growth; Aurora Capital’s acquisition of Westcoast Gate; the sale of Brace Industrial Group, a Sterling Partners portfolio company, to BrandSafway, a portfolio company of Clayton, Dubilier, & Rice and Brookfield; the sale of ACV Enviro Group, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, to Republic Services; the sale of Roy Strom to Lakeshore Recycling Systems; the recapitalization of AIMS Companies by Sterling Investment Partners; the sale of EPS of Vermont to Miller Environmental Group, a portfolio company of GenNx360; the sale of TAS Environmental Services to Blue Point Capital Partners; the sale of Huckestein Mechanical Services to ServiceLogic, a portfolio company of Warburg Pincus; the sale of Ecoserv’s Industrial Disposal Facility to US Ecology; the merger of Kinderhook Industries’ portfolio companies Intergulf and STC to form Circon Environmental; the sale of Veolia’s US Industrial Cleaning Services Division to Clean Harbors; the recapitalization of Superior Environmental Solutions by Rosewood Private Investments; the sale of Groot Industries to Waste Connections; the sale of SouthWaste to WRM, a portfolio company of NGP Energy Technology Partners; and the sale of Denali Water Solutions, a portfolio company of Saw Mill Capital, to members of management, among others.
