Joshua Heft is a Managing Director in Grocery, Pharmacy & Restaurants. He joined Solomon Partners in 2019.

Joshua has advised clients across consumer & retail sectors on mergers, acquisitions, sales, divestitures, restructurings, recapitalizations and debt and equity financings.
