Experience
Cristian has over four years of investment banking experience and specializes in advising clients in specialty and generic pharma, nuclear medicine, contrast media and diagnostic imaging. He has advised boards of directors and companies on a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising solutions. Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Cristian was a Vice President in Investment Banking at TAP Advisors working on both Healthcare and TMT. Cristian has advised numerous key healthcare transactions including Alora Pharmaceuticals and BWXT Medical.
Education
Cristian holds a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business.
