Marc Vincent

Marc Vincent is a Senior Advisor. He joined Solomon Partners in 2023.

Marc currently sits as the President of Ambrym Advisory, a corporate finance boutique. Prior to this role, Marc spent 11 years at Natixis in Corporate & Investment banking senior leadership, most recently serving as the Global Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. He also served as a member of the Senior Management Committee for eight years, overseeing first Coverage and Advisory in the Corporate & Investment Banking division. At Natixis, Marc served as Head of Corporate & Investment Banking between 2017 and 2020.

Before joining Natixis, Marc worked in Mediobanca France’s Investment Banking group, where he served as CEO, Chairman and as a member of the Strategic Committee of Mediobanca Spa. Prior to his tenure at Mediobanca, Marc served as the Head of French Investment Banking for Salomon Smith Barney (now a subsidiary of Citigroup) following Salomon Smith Barney’s acquisition of Schroders. While at Schroders, Marc held the position of Head of Investment Banking for France and served as a member of Schroders Executive Committee and Head of European Equity Capital Markets in London. Marc was previously a member of Credit Suisse First Boston’s corporate finance division in France. He began his career in investment banking at Citibank’s New York office in its Mergers & Acquisitions group.
