Mustafa Ghafoor is a Vice President in Healthcare focused on Healthcare Services. He joined Solomon Partners in 2023.
Experience
Mustafa has over five years of healthcare investment banking experience covering a variety of verticals including: physician practice management, retail healthcare, healthcare technology, pharmaceutical services, and medical devices. He has advised companies on a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings and financing solutions.
Before joining Solomon Partners, Mustafa was a senior associate in the Healthcare group at Baird. Prior to Baird, Mustafa worked in corporate development at Alight Solutions. Mustafa began his career as an investment banking analyst in Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare group. He has advised on over 15 M&A and equity transactions for both public and private clients.
Education
Mustafa holds a BS, magna cum laude, from the Strobel Honors Accountancy program at DePaul University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds FINRA 63 and 79 licenses.
