Experience
Dennis has more than eight years of experience in the Infrastructure, Power and Renewables sectors, advising clients on a wide variety of strategic M&A and financing processes across key U.S. power markets and internationally with an aggregate generation capacity of well over 10 GW.
Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Dennis was a Vice President and Staffer in the Global Power, Utilities & Infrastructure Group at Barclays Capital in New York, where he advised clients on strategic M&A (including LBOs), equity offerings (including IPOs and Follow-Ons), debt and hybrid offerings, as well as financial restructuring and optimization.
Dennis began his investment banking career at Clearwater International in Germany, where he advised clients in the Power, Industrials and Technology sectors.
Education
Dennis received graduate and undergraduate degrees in Technically-oriented Business Administration from the University of Stuttgart, Germany, with concentrations in Energy Technologies, Finance, International Management and Management Accounting & Controlling.
