Chase joined Solomon Partners from Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice. At Davis Polk, Chase advised on an array of domestic and cross-border M&A and other corporate transactions, including sales and acquisitions of entire companies, joint ventures, business combinations, minority equity investments and restructurings.
Education
Chase holds a JD with high honors from the George Washington University Law School and received a BA degree with distinction, from the University of Michigan. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
