Experience
Robert joined Solomon Partners from Milbank LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s Global Corporate Group. At Milbank, Robert advised on an array of domestic and cross-border M&A and other corporate transactions, including sales of entire companies, joint ventures, business combinations, minority equity investments and restructurings.
Education
Robert holds a JD from New York University School of Law and received a BA degree, summa cum laude, from Queens College, City University of New York. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York.
