Paula Ruiz

Paula Ruiz is the Director of Business Enablement. She joined the firm in 2023.

Paula brings over 15 years of experience driving strategic projects and change initiatives across a diverse set of industries. Leveraging her consulting background, she offers a distinct perspective on establishing and sustaining operational excellence throughout companies, uncovering opportunities for growth and innovative solutions. Prior to Solomon Partners, Paula led the creation of the transformation office for AIG’s Center of Excellence in Latin America and implemented business solutions across 100+ legal entities worldwide. She also established the project management office of a private equity-backed healthcare company, by partnering with the leadership team to streamline operations and develop new products.
