Served as exclusive buyside advisor on the Acquisition of Hawthorne Global Aviation Services
Served as financial advisor to Earthrise Energy on its acquisition of 773 MW Gas-Fired Peaking Portfolio in MISO Illinois
Solomon Partners served as financial advisor to Propex on its sale to Solmax
