Served as financial advisor to Macquarie and Ferrovial on their sale of AGS Airports Holdings Limited
Served as financial advisor to United Fiber & Data on its sale to Lightpath
Served as financial advisor to GenOn on its sale of Ellwood, a 54 MW simple cycle natural gas-fired peaker in CAISO SP-15, to Rockland Capital
Served as financial advisor to Ardian on its acquisition and financing of CampusParc
Served as financial advisor to Siemens Financial Services on its sale of 20% interest in Hickory Run Energy Station, a 1,000 MW combined cycle facility in PJM ATSI, to Tyr Energy Inc.
