Solomon Partners is serving as financial advisor to Boxed, an AI, automation and robotics-focused e-commerce grocery shopping platform with ESG orientation that sells bulk consumables to households and businesses, and its proprietary end-to-end technology to SaaS customers, in its pending merger with Seven Oaks Acquisition Corp. which will result in Boxed becoming a public company.
The transaction is being led by Scott Moses, Head of Grocery, Pharmacy & Restaurants, with support from Joshua Heft, Robert Goheen and Ethan Volk.
