Jonathan Berger is Chief Financial Officer. Jonathan joined Solomon Partners in 2013 as an analyst and most recently served as a director in Technology.

Prior to his role as CFO, Jonathan advised clients on mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, restructurings, capital structure alternatives and debt financings across the media, technology and retail sectors, representing clients including Netflix, OUTFRONT Media, SiriusXM, Altran, Steve Madden, HSN and Kering.

Jonathan holds a dual BBA and BA, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan. He studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Organizational Studies with concentrations in Corporate Culture, Strategy and Management.
