Role
Jonathan Berger is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Solomon Partners. Jonathan joined the firm in 2013, and most recently served as a Director in Solomon’s Technology group.
Experience
Prior to his role as CFO, Jonathan provided strategic and financial advisory services to clients across the media, technology and retail sectors. His experience ranged across mergers, acquisitions, corporate divestitures, restructurings, capital structure alternatives and debt financings for both public and private companies.
Education
Jonathan holds a dual BBA and BA, with high distinction, from the University of Michigan. He studied Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Organizational Studies with concentrations in Corporate Culture, Strategy and Management.
