Jason Kliewer is a Partner and Co-Head of Distribution. He joined the firm in 2024.

Experience

Jason has over 26 years of Distribution investment banking experience advising many of the most successful leadership teams, financial sponsors, public and private companies in the sector.

Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Jason led Baird’s Global Distribution Investment Banking practice.

Education

Jason holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge, where he was a Gates Cambridge Scholar, and a BS in Finance, with highest honors, from the University of Florida.
