Experience

Geoffrey brings nearly a decade of investment banking experience, specializing in advising companies and key stakeholders through complex restructurings, both in- and out-of-court, as well as liability management transactions across a wide range of industries. He has also provided clients with a variety of other investment banking services in distressed and non-distressed situations, including M&A, debt and equity financings and valuation.

Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Geoffrey was a founding member of the investment banking team at Portage Point Partners. Previously, he spent seven years with Houlihan Lokey’s Special Situations and Financial Restructuring Group where he advised companies, secured lenders, bondholders and other creditor groups in out-of-court and chapter 11 restructurings. Earlier in his career, Geoffrey held valuation related roles at Providence Equity Partners and KPMG.

Education

Geoffrey graduated with an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and holds a BS in Business Administration in Accounting from Bucknell University.
