Experience
Arik has more than 25 years of experience in financial services, having successfully executed a diverse range of transactions advising clients in the US and globally. Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Arik served as Co-Head of US Financial Services and Head of Insurance at Houlihan Lokey.
Arik has been instrumental in advising multiple Fortune 500 and international companies, mid-caps, entrepreneurs, and private equity investors.

Additionally, Arik provided strategic counsel to MetLife in the spinoff of Brighthouse Financial and advised the Special Committee of the Board of FGL in connection with the sale to FNF.
Prior to joining Houlihan Lokey in 2015, Arik served as Managing Director at Blackstone Advisory Partners, where he advised clients across the financial services and insurance sector. His career also includes time at Deutsche Bank, focusing on multinational and cross-border transactions in the insurance industry. Earlier in Arik’s career, he spent eight years at Citi, holding various positions.
Education
Arik holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BA in Finance from Reichman University in Israel.
