Additionally, Andrew worked at KPMG as a Manager in its Alternative Investments division, where he consulted with hedge funds on tax strategy and planning. Earlier in his career, Andrew was an English teacher in Beijing, China where he worked at various public schools teaching children and adults.

Andrew earned an MBA, from Cornell University, an MS in Taxation, summa cum laude, from Golden Gate University, and a BBA in Accounting, cum laude, from Pacific Union College. He previously held a Certified Public Accountant license (expired).
