Addison has more than 8 years of experience representing both public and private companies on a variety of assignments including buy-side, sell-side and merger transactions, as well as debt and equity financings.
Most recently, Addison advised footwear retailer Hibbett (NASDAQ:HIBB) on its sale to JD Sports Fashion plc, women’s apparel retailer Chico’s FAS (NYSE:CHS) on its take-private by Sycamore Partners, apparel brand Rag & Bone on its sale to WHP and Guess?, Max Finkelstein, Inc. on its sale to U.S. Autoforce and WM Partners on its sale of Ultima Replenisher to RoundTable Partners.
Other notable advisory roles include advising HBC on its sale of real estate assets to and formation of JV with Signa Holdings to operate Kaufhof and Karstadt, Brooks Brothers on its sale to Authentic Brands Group, Genesco on its acquisition of Togast, El Rancho on its minority investment from Albertsons, FortNine on its sale to Novacap, Nutraceutical International (NASDAQ:NUTR) on its sale to HGGC, Price Chopper / Market 32 on its merger with Tops Markets and Key Food Co-Operative on its refinancing

Addison received a BS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a major in Economics and a minor in Management Science.
