Daniel advises on mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, refinancings and bankruptcies. Previous experience includes having advised on transactions involving Inverness Village, Bristow Group, Pernix Therapeutics and Gracious Home.
Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Dan was an Associate at B. Riley FBR, Inc.

Daniel holds a BA in Economics, cum laude, from Brandeis University.
