Mike Mohamed is a Vice President in Infrastructure, Power & Renewables focused on Energy Transition. He joined the firm in 2024.

Experience

Mike has more than 6 years of experience covering the power, energy and renewables sector with a particular focus on low carbon power generation. Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Mike was a member of the Low Carbon Infrastructure team at Nomura Greentech. Before that, he was a member of the Power & Utilities team at Guggenheim Partners, covering conventional generation, regulated utilities and renewable energy. Before joining Guggenheim Partners, Mike spent 5 years in the National Football League as a Linebacker, which includes time spent as a member of the Denver Broncos and Houston Texans football clubs.

Education

Mike holds a BS in Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley and an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
