Jon Brownstein is a Managing Director in Capital Advisory. He joined the firm in 2025.

Jon has over 20 years of experience providing financial advice for companies in transition and restructuring, focusing on providing clients with capital structure, liability management, and M&A solutions.

Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Jon was a Managing Director in the Financing Advisory and Restructuring Group at Greenhill & Co. Prior to Greenhill, he was a senior member of the restructuring and debt advisory groups at Rothschild Inc., Armory Securities and Oppenheimer & Co. Jon began his investment banking career in the High Yield and Leveraged Finance groups of CIBC World Markets Corp.
