Our Grocery & Restaurants Group, led by Scott Moses, is serving as financial advisor to Southeastern Grocers, Inc. (“SEG”) on its announced sale of 62 BI-LO and Harveys Supermarkets to Ahold Delhaize’s Food Lion subsidiary, as well as on the sale of pharmacy assets of 58 locations to Walgreens and CVS.
The team also included Senior Advisor, Justin Dye, as well as Gaurav Ghosh, David Engel and Benjamin Winston.
