Advised PVH in Its Joint Venture with Basic Resources

Our Global Retail Group served as financial advisor to PVH on its joint venture with Basic Resources Inc. for all of its socks and hosiery brands in the US and Canada and agreed to terminate early the licenses for the global Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger socks and hosiery businesses.
