The Culinary Institute of America Appoints Scott Moses to its Society of Fellows
The Culinary Institute of America has appointed Solomon Partners Managing Director, Scott Moses, to its Society of Fellows in recognition of his myriad contributions to the Institute and the food retail and restaurant industries.
With campuses in New York, California, and Texas, The Culinary Institute of America has been widely recognized as the world’s premier culinary college since its founding in 1946.
The Society of Fellows exists to enhance the quality, excellence, and reputation of the Institute by acting as ambassadors and providing resources to fund scholarships, strengthen academic programs, and provide for facilities and technology that enhance the quality of education and the lives of students.
Scott is the Head of the Grocery and Restaurants group at Solomon Partners, where he specializes in investment banking advisory services to public and private clients across the food retail sector (including traditional and specialty grocery stores, drug stores, club stores, discount stores and suppliers) and restaurant industry.
