Solomon Partners Tops Vault Rankings
In Quality of Life Categories
Solomon Partners has been selected as one of the top investment banks for hours and work life balance by Vault.com.
Each year, Vault surveys thousands of investment banking professionals and ranks the top firms in prestige, diversity, quality of life, and overall best to work for based on the results.
Solomon Partners has topped the charts in these categories year over year. The 2019 survey results specifically touted the “good balance between work and personal priorities” and noted “analysts and associates can often plan their life easily around work events.”
“Investment banking can be very demanding, but Managing Directors always encourage us to maintain decent hours and respect our vacation,” says Analyst Sean Leahy.
Marc Cooper, CEO of Solomon Partners, noted Managing Directors are always on the lookout for ways to be more accommodating, appreciative and take interest in employees’ passions.
“We encourage and support our people to be active in the community and engage in the non-profit world whether through volunteer projects, participation in charitable events or donating their time in non-profit board positions,” he said.
