Brad Hildebrand is a Managing Director in Healthcare focused on healthcare services. He joined Solomon Partners in 2023.
Brad brings to the firm nearly 15 years of healthcare investment banking experience, advising clients across the healthcare services sector with a focus on physician practice management, multi-site healthcare, retail healthcare, and healthcare information technology, among others. He has advised companies on a broad range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, restructurings and financing solutions.
Prior to Solomon Partners, Brad was Managing Director and led the healthcare services practice at Bridgeway Capital Partners. Before joining Bridgeway, he was a senior banker at Houlihan Lokey focused on healthcare services M&A transactions. Brad began his career at Black River Asset Management and Lakepointe Capital Partners working on a wide variety of M&A transactions, capital raises and equity investments. He has advised on over 40 completed M&A transactions involving both public and private clients, leading healthcare private equity funds and visionary founders in the sector.
Brad holds an MBA in Analytic Finance and Economics with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Finance from the University of Minnesota. He also holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
