Guy has over 15 years of experience advising clients on corporate strategy, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, minority investments, and debt and equity financings across the Industrials sector.
Prior to joining Solomon Partners, Guy led Aerospace & Defense coverage as a Principal at Greenhill & Co. and served as a Director at Mizuho | Greenhill following the merger of the two companies.

Guy earned an MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv University.
